About the Role:

- We are seeking a high-performing Sales Professional to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our Recruitment Consulting business.

- This role is entirely focused on sales and business development, targeting organizations in need of talent solutions across various industries.

- If you're passionate about hunting for business, building client relationships, and closing deals, we want you on our team!.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Proactively identify and generate new client leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales strategies.

- Pitch recruitment and staffing services to CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve consistent revenue targets.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.

- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

- Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights regularly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover post-deal closure.

Desired Profile:

- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or related services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-oriented mindset.

- Ability to generate leads independently and close high-value deals.

- Strong network of industry contacts is a big plus.

- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
