The ideal candidate
- Should be into hardcore end to end sourcing and closing of Premium Residential Projects in Mumbai.
- He/She should have handled sales for ticket size of 4 cr and above for the Mumbai Market.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Real estate industry with sourcing and closing for premium projects.
- Delivering targeted results as per the projects business plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Good network of Channel partners mandatory.
- Building & developing new Channel Partners.
- Deal Closures,Deal Negotiations
