Responsible for marketing and selling units developed or being developed to companies, and high net-worth individuals (HNI- s) and retail customers
Major Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Sell units and other assets developed by the Company or its affiliates
- Conduct surveys, undertake research and collect/collate market information and statistics as required by the management
- Monitor competitor products and pricing and recommend changes to existing pricing.
- Source market information to assess risk and identification of the investment profile needs of all customers
- Comply with the periodic MIS reporting (frequency will be defined by management) on the developments of the product equity placement.
- Conduct a background study and profile each prospect/client and identify their investment appetite, risk adversity, time horizon, asset management, liquidity, capital, and personal demographics.
- Build relationships with and manage agents for selling units developed by the Company.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance and quality control measures.
Sales experience with companies in Real Estate Development preferred.
