Responsibilities :

- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals.

- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.

- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.

Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

- Building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce.

- Coordinate with the allied teams for the necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
