Job Description:

- Handling a team of Field Sales Associates

- Selling of Plots, Villas & Apartments to our prospective clients with a Ticket size of more than 1 cr.

- Ensuring maximum conversion of leads from the team.

- Help customers with onboarding processes.

- Maintaining leads & customer data on the CRM.

- Train & Manage the Team.

- Take escalation calls of Sales Associates.

Requirements:

- MBA preferred but not Mandatory.

- Candidates from Top colleges are required.

- 0-3 years of B2C Sales experience & Team handling

- Candidates preferred from Real Estate, EdTech, Automobile & Finance.

- Fluency in Malayalam & English.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: No bar for the right candidate
