Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
- The person should be Mumbai based, with 8-11 years- experience in CAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES preferably part of these in the PUMP sales field. He should have handled branded Indian or imported products so he is comfortable selling high value products.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, able to motivate, train & direct a team of 10-12 sales engineers, order execution team & back office sales co-coordinators is essential. Prior experience in handling small teams would be necessary.
- Willingness to travel, learn new technologies, analysis of markets & competition is required. The candidate should be able to draw up a plan to reach different strata of customers on an All-India basis & then implement the same through his team of Sales & Spares Engineers
- Availability of own vehicle would be preferred, required to be computer savvy, have knowledge of PPT & preparation of the same & should be able to adapt to company CRM. Should be able to work speedily, decisively, willing to put in long hours & require an aggressive attitude in Sales to close orders
