Manager - Product & Strategy - Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders across different teams (policy, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, legal, IT etc.) over various product and business-related issues and pushing the agenda through them.
- Handling all sales support, budgeting, sales promotion, and sales intelligence activities for the product business.
- Competition benchmarking for pricing and business and new schemes.
Sales contest planning :
- New branch expansion - identify new markets basis competition benchmarking and business potential.
- Process improvement benchmarking - Understanding various processes for mortgages across different locations related right from application filing to disbursement and suggesting improvements where required.
- New Branches Project conceptualizing & roll out - till inauguration/setting up
- Project Management - Execute projects across initiatives like customer experience, process improvement, vendor management etc.
- Sales Support: Contemplating and suggesting new product ideas / policies / sales and marketing strategies / promotional activities / events / pay-out and incentive strategy.
- Drive Digital Initiatives from time to time
- Responsible for writing BRDs and then testing the module in UAT as well before launching.
- Sales Intelligence: Keeping a track of business growth month on month and keeping a track of performance of sales teams across India and taking corrective action wherever required.
- Also tracking third party product penetration like insurance in overall business.
