Half India Geo - Sales Manager (Poultry & Aqua) at Mumbai

- Our Client is one of the fastest growing and respected brand in the business of Poultry and Aqua Nutrition products.

- Incumbent must have 10-12 years Sales experience in the Animal health Industry for Poultry & Aqua products. The incumbent is responsible for achieving the budgeted sales, margin, operating income and sales expense financial indicators of the budget for the assigned accounts.

- Incumbent must be BVSc / MVSc, Incumbent shall be responsible for managing any two zones ( half the country), ably assisted by the sales team of close to 20 spread across the country. Incumbent must be customer centric person with the hands-on information on new developments in the market, in terms of new launches, competition and pricing. Incumbent is responsible for managing some large customers. This role has a responsibility of growing the business in logical, predictable and profitable way.

- Incumbent must effectively manage his own internal customers and groom them. As a head of two zones, the role involves sufficient travelling. Incumbent should also understand the scope for launching new products and thereby increasing the product portfolio.
