Sales Manager - Polymers 1. Expand the Polymers business in the assigned territory with existing customers and look for new customer development. Identify new products within the assigned segments and recommend to management for its addition with backup data after thorough market mapping. CFR & CRM- Development & Deployment a) Aggressive Business Development - Achieve Agreed Upon Targets - Create Product/Customer Matrix 2. Tactical Plastics & Polymers a. Achieve Distribution Budget - Tonnage, Revenue & Gross Margins. b. Keep track of customer payments and help in its timely collections. 3. Manage Costs a. Keep track of Clearing, Bond, Transport & Warehousing Costs and work towards its reduction. b. Recommend Credit Limits to management & work within the Same on its approval. c. Debtors & Stock Reconciliations. 4. Manage Credit Risks: - Operate within assigned Credit Limits & Manage Default Risks 5. Networking within the Business community & Keeping ears to the ground on Opportunities & business trends. 6. Responsible for Market Research and Analysis 7. Responsible for Customer Visits and submitting the Customer Visit report 8. Manage and Interpret customer requirements and study about upcoming products 9. Product knowledge of Polymers (Basic) 10. Other Duties as Assigned Must for Candidates : Science / Polymers / Chemistry Graduate with Polymers Sales Experience - Bulk OR Specialty Polymers Sales preferably with some Polymer exposure. Working in a trading environment and any prior experience of working in the African countries shall be an added advantage. 1. Knowledge of Business Development, Negotiation & Risk Management 2. Ability to Analyze Sales Data 3. Professional Written & Verbal Skills 4. 6 to 10 Years of Experience with at least 4-6 Years of independent sales responsibility. 5. Work Experience in Polymer Sales. 6. Responsible for Trading Business, Marketing of Industrial Polymers. Expat Benefits : - Savings Potential : $ 1000 p.m. (offshore net savings shall be paid on a quarterly basis to candidates designated account) - Annual Performance Bonus : Maximum of 4 months offshore net savings.
