Job Description
- Support timely preparation, communication and deployment of all sales department actions.
- Simulate performance and budget impacts of actions and seek approval from management. Prepare and deploy demonstrator programme and budget in coordination with marketing department.
- Ensure data integrity
- Coordinate the effective communication of the Sales programmes
- Participate in the deployment of improved processes for : dealer sales planning, dealer forecasting, stock planning, fund availability in collaboration with Finance..
- Participate in the effective Sales Activity Cycle.
- Organise sales department meetings in order to take input and share Field Force inputs to the activity cycle.
- Prepare and deploy reporting, tools.
- Develop strong working relationships across the organisation
- Improve efficiency of processes with Field Force and Dealers (sales plan, communication, payments, claims)
- Assure compliance to business guidelines
- Tasks completed to deadlines, and sales activity deadlines.
