- Build and maintain a calendar of monthwise big bets for a channel
- Plan for the month big bets and accordingly plan the trade inputs.
- Support Trade Marketing Head in the timely and effective rollout of the same.
- Ensure On Time In Full execution of aligned trade inputs on the Primary & Secondary Sales software
- Develop apt tracking as well as monitoring tools for the month Big bets & priorities.
- Analyse previous month trade input's success / promotion effectiveness and build the future plans incorporating the learnings
- Supervise and analyse trade spend and report variance to the Trade Marketing Head and Sales Director.
- Present provision for entire Trade Marketing plus Sales initiatives along with insights to concerned managers.
- Develop promotion analysis framework as required for tracking purposes plus analyse ROI on promotion investment.
- Support Trade Marketing Head in entire management of trade funds.
- Plan for external gifts to drive Sales and coordinate with vendors & Purchase team for the same
- Prepare tools & framework to improve Sales effectiveness and drive activation of the same.
- Provide financial analysis assistance to sales team required for negotiation planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must have
- An MBA qualification from a good B school
- Total experience of min. 8 years with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing or similar assignments. Ideally currently handling a trade marketing role.
- Must have core FMCG experience with reputed companies.
