Position Manager/Deputy Manager Domestic Sales API/Bulk Drug.
Location Bangalore,Karnataka.
Company : Our client is a diversified Group having interest in Manufacturing Speciality Chemicals ,Agro chemicals and Bulk Drugs with Manufacturing Operations in Bangalore and Gujarat.
Responsibilities in the Role.
The activities performed by the incumbent include:.
- Business development | New business initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities in terms of APIs, markets and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies on market, competitor intelligence and also for SBU's foray into any new APIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with stakeholders in key accounts to continuously seek new growth opportunities through Increased share for current products/ New product.
- Relationship building & sustenance.
- Strong relationships with all associates, customers, traders etc.
- The public face of the Organization and represent it in conferences, trade fairs, government trade delegations, meets.
- Promote the Organization. and enhance reputation and brand of the company. opportunities to expand and promote awareness of API businesses.
- Guide in formulation of marketing strategies and long term partnerships.
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Functional | Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:.
- Country wise knowledge of API business, end customers, trading partners and competitors.
- Have thorough understanding of GMP and Regulatory Affais for API business.
- Ahead and plan over a 12-month time span both at a strategic and tactical level.
Educational Qualification | Experience (in years) | Exposure Required:.
- BSc / M Sc / B Pharma preferably with a full time MBA degree from well-known / premier institute.
- 8 years' experience in Pharmacutical API, having handled business development and sales.
- Knowledge of Plant Operations is desirable.
- Sound business strategy orientation as well as tactical skills and ability to respond quickly to issues that could impact overall business plans both in the short term as well as in the longer term. in dealing with diverse customers and operating across varied politico - legal environment.
- Have travelled extensively within India for Sales & BD of APIs.
