- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline efficiently.
- This role involves building strong relationships with decision-makers, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and new client acquisition goals.
- Participate in lead generation activities, including cold calling, outbound email campaigns, and utilizing CRM tools.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth transitions across sales stages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors within target companies.
- Oversee CRM tools to ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Innovate and address challenges in lead generation processes and handle escalations effectively.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team to enhance performance and achieve results.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably selling IT services or platforms to US-based Fortune 2000 companies.
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly lead generation targets and managing successful outbound campaigns.
- Expertise in Digital Transformation services, including Data Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, IoT, AI/ML, and GenAI technologies.
- Experience in the Pharma and Life Sciences industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms such as Sales Navigator and Lusha.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a demanding sales environment.
