Sales Manager for a leading Packaging organization in Chandigarh

Our clients seek an accomplished Sales Leader based in North India to take ownership of the function. Must have strong strategic & operational B2B sales management experience.

Will report to the Director.

Will be expected to drive initiatives to transform the organization.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Role:

Will lead and manage the sales team, will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales, and will engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that will achieve and exceed budgeted targets and levels of sales growth in all service lines.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate.

2. Should have 15-25 years of experience in the packaging industry with at least 5+ years of experience in a Sales leadership role

3. Must have sold across industries including beauty, consumer, and healthcare

4. Competencies: Integrity, Confidentiality, Analytical & Creative problem solver, Negotiation skills, Excellent communication, Dynamic, energetic, and self-propelled

5. Must have led a 5 - 10 KAMs based Pan-India.
