Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates
- Implement and oversee CRM across partners
- Take charge of revenue processes (onboarding and offboarding partners, reporting)
- Work with data team to build data integrity and align all channels
- Generate performance insights on both the individual and team level
- Support and manage planning and budgeting
- Coordinate between all departments supporting our revenue organization
- Continuously improve the rev ops processes and identify and resolve challenges and issues
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working in RevOps in SAAS companies
- Masters degree/ MBA from a premier B-School with statistics, data analytics specialisation
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
- Expert-level knowledge in CRM management (Salesforce/ Hubspot)
- Highly proficient in data modeling, visualizing and reporting in business orientation
- Strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently
