Manager - Sales Operations - IT

Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end implementation of guidelines in Sales Operations processes

- Assist with the sales process, new hire training, and other program communication

- Develop and maintain documentation on core selling processes

- Develop KPI, business review and scorecard models in order to assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness

- Work closely with global partner sales operations team members through the globe to ensure consistent application of Solution Partner Program benefits and program requirements.

- Analyze data and create/enhance reports to track sales and business results.

- Manage the Deal Registration Program and execute Deal Reg approvals in form of cases

- Review of Pipeline and opportunities, attribution to eligible partners for the valid business case and being the SPOC for all queries related to opportunity attribution

- Support the Partner payment process, and review the deals eligible for payout

- Handle case escalations and Partner joint opportunities in Salesforce

- Review and refine functional requirements of sales tools, such as SalesForce, make enhancements or manage enhancements with external vendors

- Fulfill regular and adhoc reporting requests such as; account information, sales, pricing, margin, orders, program or promotion recaps, etc. Includes compilation, interpretation and management summaries.

- Represents the needs of the sales division as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME). Mindful of the big picture in regards to wide business processes and the need to leverage standard application functionality.

- Collaborate with other organizations on an as needed basis (i.e. IT, HR, Finance, etc.).

- Recommend improved processes and procedures for the management and administration of sales systems and procedures.
