Sales Operation Manager

Our client is in providing technology that enables their customers to operate more efficiently and provide an improved experience with their products. They wish to hire a Sales Operations Manager with "Order to Cash" experience to ensure key operational requirements are processed effectively to meet customer contract commitments.

Essential daily duties will include :

- Tracking all new orders received the same day. And to share the order with the respective delivery heads for their action to meet the delivery milestones as agreed with the customer.

- Work closely with the Accounts team and sales team - to have the first invoice raised on PO receipt as per the milestone.

- Monitor and ensure all customer contracts flow from order entry to cash collection effectively

- Work with the Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure 100% delivery of products by required on-site dates

- Work with Sales to maintain contracts close in line with SLA

- Work with Accounting to facilitate credit/re-bill process for changes in orders to maintain accurate product deliverable information

- Run all month-end reports to review and correct any revenue recognition items before posting is completed for the month

- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Accounting, and technology team to ensure effective process re-engineering

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree/PG with 10 + years of experience

- Have a good understanding of the Order-to-Cash Process and its impact on customer experience

- Strong process mapping capability with an eye towards gap analysis (current state vs. future state)

- Experience with business analysis utilizing datasets to determine optimal process changes

- Ability to define requirements for various dashboards on a regular basis to depict the status of every order and the progress or roadblocks during the entire lifecycle and present, taking into account system capabilities and constraints

- Proven success in managing a team

- Extensive use and good knowledge of excel and ppt are expected.
