Hiring for Digital Healthcare Company .
Location -Delhi Ncr (Hybrid)
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to create sales forecasts, budgets, and plans
- Work across the company's Business Unit operations, business development, technology, account management, and project implementations to produce continuous process improvements and more cost-effective business processes.
- Implement and manage sales operations processes, including Implementing and maintaining CRM systems and other sales technology tools of all lead management, pipeline management, and sales reporting
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to improve sales enablement.
- Optimize sales territory and quota assignments.
- Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing insights to senior management.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures, finding way to optimize services drive efficiency and effectiveness, and reduce cost in the sales process.
- Implements sales operation best practices and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and increase employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain outstanding customer relations, through direct or delegated contacts with representative individuals or groups
- Create an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values the contributions of all employees in support of a high-performance culture to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations
Professional Experience, Essential Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or industry-related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years of sales operations or sales management related experience
- SalesForce.com - competence and extensive experience with installation, configuration and ongoing reporting and maintenance, across multiple business units.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership skills and team management abilities
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior project management skills
- Advanced budget, forecasting and overall financial skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
