Reporting to Head of Sales, your responsibility would be:
Liaison with the sales department and drive execution of all sales and distribution targets
Chart out the Go to Market strategy for the company
Execute trade promotions for all categories and build on distribution strength by leveraging cross category opportunities across channels
Responsible for Sales Forecasting and administration on Sales Incentives and monitoring of Sales Functional Spends
Charting out the expansion strategy and developing alternate channels for driving business
Responsible for sales automation at distributor points
Responsible for Distributor Appointment, Terminations, expansion and ensuring distributor health in the country through ensuring targeted ROIs
Responsible for analyzing Distributor claims through ASMs and Sales Accounting to ensure proper utilization of various inputs to distributor
Successful applicant:
The successful applicant will have 3-4 years of experience in consulting. He/ she will be aggressive, number driven, with an exposure in consumer consulting background.
