Manager - Sales Operation & Administration

Main Duties and Functions :
- Manage the sales administration & operation function
- Ensure standard process in place with high compliance
- Streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Ensure that all Field activities are in accordance to the norms laid down by Organization
- Advising senior management on maximizing business relationship (with stockiest) with high efficiency
- Creating an environment where customer service can flourish
- Monitoring field force resource allocation efficiency
Overall key responsibilities from helicopter point of view :
- Stockiest process management, monitor, and analysis
- Field force Expense Reimbursements Management
- Field force operational support including new joining, leave management, FnF.
- Legal compliance on documentation
- Quality and compliance reports for above processes
Decision Making Authority and Controls :
- Align with Director Commercial Intelligence to define SOP- s
- Audits for Sales Administration
- Define and Delivery of Objectives / KPI's from team members
Experience Needed (Professional) :
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / OTC industry.
- Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage
- Should have experience in team handling / management
