Position details:
This is a client facing, revenue generating, individual contributor role with the following responsibilities:
- The Candidate must have min 6 to 8 years of experience in Direct Sales (Partner, client or Channel Sale )
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant and noteworthy experience in managing BFSI, Corporates / MNC accounts, Central Govt., Defense and relationships maintained in this domain. With minimum last 4 years having worked as an independent Business Development Manager singularly in the above mentioned referred domains
- The person must have a flair for Driving Sales and the skills to drive the process from Identifying potentials in alignment to the suitable solution applications & must have experience of achieving and managing - Self-Created Projects
- The personal Must have excellent communication skills ( Written & Oral ) and a flair to be able to effectively manage interactions with varied levels of clients
- Should effectively be able to prepare content and manage presentations with peer level customer accounts
- Further will be responsible for activities like Product demonstrations, Customer oriented & aligned presentation templates, statement of work, RFP responses etc, and any other activity required to generate business as in this role
- Pleasing personality and an impressionable presence
- Work experience in identifying & managing, multi-city / interstate customer accounts within the West Region is important.
- Incumbent having managed-. territory in addition to Core Work Experience in location will be preferred
- The Candidate Must have a complete Topographical Working knowledge of potential patches in-. aligned with the above preferred Potential Customers enlisted
- Work-related travel is an intrinsic part of the profile.
Key Competencies & Qualification:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred MBA
- Proven Track Record & Ability to develop potentials and accelerated accomplishments of business in line with Goals
- Good networking skills Must be comfortable interacting with senior management and decision makers
- Presentation development and delivery skills
- Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas
Professional experience from at least one of the following companies:
1. Work experience with a Company that has been in the business of Printing & or allied Solutions, OA products etc.
2. Work experience with a Company providing, product or services to Top BFSI, Major Top Corporates, and MNC
