Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales strategies for non-ferrous materials (preferably for paper/cement/rubber/aluminum), ensuring customer acquisition and revenue growth targets are met.
- Craft and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals, presenting these plans to upper management for approval.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities within the non-ferrous materials sector.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales proposals that meet client needs.
- Quickly address any customer concerns or issues to maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in sales management/business development in non-ferrous materials.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and understand market trends effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
