Manager - Sales - Neurosurgery Implant

Job Title: Sales Manager - Neurosurgery Implant

Location: Mumbai or Ahmedabad

Experience: Mid-level position with experience in Neurosurgery Implants, preferably from a MedTech company

Zone Coverage: West and South

Role and Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the neurosurgery field

- Provide case support at the initial journey of implanters, ensuring smooth implantation process and customer satisfaction

- Appoint and train channel partners for business growth

- Develop and expand markets in new territories

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Science, Pharma or a related field

- At least 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development in the Neurosurgery Implant industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
