- Managing team of Relationship Managers, Driving Business/Sourcing
- Mortgages from DSA/Internal channel
- He/She will drive acquisition through Relationship Managers, CA/sub-DSA tie-ups, micro marketing activities besides others
- He/She will be one point contact for the customer for all mortgage requirements
- Job role will require continuous and regular engagement with the service team, product team, credit administration team, credit policy team, cg/cgs acquisition teams, dsa senior managers and team leaders
- Responsible for disbursal numbers (both Home Loans and Property Power), new accounts
- Responsible for revenue optimization (via boarding rates, fee realization and driving one sell)
- Providing client solutions - structuring of deals, product fitment, etc.
- Manage hiring, on-boarding, regular training and support for team members - sales executives, tele-callers; internal lead origination points
- Responsible for DSA relationship and auditory requirements on an ongoing basis
Business/Department Objectives :
- Sourcing of retail mortgage applications
- Management of internal and external channels sourcing retail mortgage applications

- Transaction Management (Booking and disbursal of mortgage applications
- Vendor Management
- Builder/Project empanelment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Tracking of mortgage applications in the system
- Coordinate with internal/external channels to drive business volumes
Key Deliverables :
- Disbursal of mortgage application
- Increasing sourcing volume from the existing/new channels allocate
- Tracking compliance to regulatory framework for external vendors
Salary Range: 9-15 LPA
