Sales Manager : Modular containers
Our client is one of the leading, well respected business houses from Andhra and Telangana with a group turnover of Rs.2800 crores has tied with world's undisputed leader of modular construction manufacturing.
The company will manufacture and sell the modular containers & systems in the Asian region. The manufacturing facility has been set-up at Hyderabad It can be used for varied purposes like Residential, Commercial, Clinics, Farm Houses, Utility houses etc all in a weeks time. Due to the cost and time saving will be huge in comparison to the conventional construction which leads high potential growth in Indian market.

Primary Roles :
- Relationship Building and Management with Govt Contracts (State Central and Public Sector) and in Corporate Sector Manufacturing; Hospitality; Healthcare Education; Pharma and other services Build of Order Book
- Managing people and their performance thereof Customer Management, Growth and Retention
- Develop and Implement a strategy / process that will enable identifying building relationship with and managing the top Architects, Builders and Individuals (Govt Corporates and Instiutions) that / who will support Business Development
- Responsible for Identifying source(s) to procure reliable data to enable Business Development.
- Procure;Mine;Analyse and formulate strategy to grow business in the specific Industry / Organization / Institute as applicable.
- Identify and list all government agencies that will potentially build relationship with decision makers and /or key personnel. Work on Product specification documents and ensures that it features in the govt agencies and sub-agencies at central and regional level.
- Identify govt contractors enlisted with the agencies / departments build and maintain relationships
- Procure Mine Analyse all Govt projects and follow up for obtaining orders
- Responsible for the Goal setting /KRAs for each member of the Sales and Business Development Team. Ensure monitoring of the same during the Performance year.
- Responsible for validating the numbers for Sales Incentive on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Responsible for Coaching / mentoring of Sales and Business Development team on an ongoing basis. Also responsible for ensuring that succession planning is identified at a regional and product level.
- Identify and present a yearly budget basis Organizational and Department Goals and Objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring the flow of approve budgets receivables and managing costs
- Responsible for Profitability at a Gross Margin Level by region and product
