Sales Manager -Mobile VAS (International)  Position Summary:  The Senior Sales Manager - International Business will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the financial goals and expectations for the operation as established in the annual business plan and for organizing and implementing strategic and tactical plans required to accomplish those results.- In this role the Sales Manager- - will report to the CEO and is expected to apply his experience, creativity, planning and leadership to achieve strategic goals of the company.  Key Responsibility :  - Product Management for Domestic accounts for business development, pre-sales monitoring and control for telecom operators and Media.  - Responsible for the VAS product management (CRBT, wallpapers, ringtones, games, alerts etc).  - Planning, monitoring & promotions, product enhancement as per consumer liking.  - Revenue Generation, Category analysis.  - Competitive analysis for VAS services on all the operators.  - Business planning, forecasting and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.  - To conceptualize new ideas for revenue enhancement and retention, VAS penetration and usage for delivery of the same.  - To define, develop and implement product launches, programs and campaigns to achieve revenue targets across Corporate and Circle Levels.  - Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements. Most important: team player, as well as ability to run with things on own initiative.  - Client handling and large account   - Strong interpersonal & relationship building skill  - People Management  - Competitor knowledge and good networking ability.  Required Experience :  The candidate should come from background of experience in Telecom with at least 8 years experience, preferably should have worked in Telco VAS space.   Must have 4-5 years of sales & account management, notable accomplishments in revenue enhancement, cost control, and overall profitability improvement.
