Sales Manager - Merchant Acquisition
- Hiring for Enterprises Sales Manager role for Gurgaon based Payment Startup which is a digital platform for offline retail merchants.
- The Enterprises Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to directly acquire Merchants. Enterprises Sales Manager will communicate and negotiate with high-level executives and represent the company in Sales meetings and contract negotiations with different Merchants.
Job Description :
- Define and acquire Merchants to use our platform as their transaction payment platform and establishing our platform as the leading digital platform for their order at F&B enterprise merchants i.e. Haldiram, Mcdonalds, Food Courts, cafes, etc.
- Generate, coordinate and plan inbound/outbound leads with a focus on strategic or our merchant partners.
- Achieve target numbers through analyzing our business and planning programs to grow activities of acquired Our Merchants.
- Plan major/national events, programs and activities that will drive merchant acquisition
- Initiate and manage co-marketing initiatives with Our Merchants to maximize business results. Co-work with the Marketing team to drive initiatives that deliver business results.
- Customer Satisfaction Improvement: gather feedback from end-customers and work with product team and customer service team to improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Regional Merchant Services, Product, Customer Service & Operations, and Integration team to provide value added service for Our Merchants
- Working with our Enterprise Account Management teams to manage key accounts and maintain service levels.
