Salary Range: 10 - 20 LPA
Position Objective (Briefly state what the main purpose of what this position is responsible for).
- To achieve the revenue and profit targets for Medical OEM business for the assigned territory.
- To develop new businesses within assigned territory and grow existing account
- To ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines with regard to products, procedures and operations.

- New business: Concentrate on business development activities by focusing on medical device manufacturers, drug manufacturers. In addition, identify potential diagnostic markets. All the activities should lead to ensure a rich funnel of potential new businesses.
- Key Account Management: Maintain current Key Accounts within assigned territory and continuously introducing new products to expand business share within key accounts.
- Develop and execute short and long term tactical sales plans and account plans for assigned territory
- Align with global strategy to commercialize, differentiated product and/or strategic products in assigned markets as market opportunities presents.
- Liaise with Regulatory and Quality to ensure information is provided to customers accurately.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing, new investment within the region and potentials.
Minimum Qualifications: (List the minimum qualifications and experience this position requires. Only list those areas that are essential to this position. Be as specific as possible, i.e. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, 5 - 7 years relevant work experience).
- At least 3-5 years solid Sales experience ideally from within the Medical Device Manufacturing field
- Preferred with knowledge on Medical Device regulation such as FDA, CE, ISO13485, and cGMP.
- Good understanding of the processes within medical device, drug and diagnostic manufacturing industry (with emphasis on medical device manufacturing), and its business trends.
- Have some hands on experience in Membrane related to liquid/gas filtration would be beneficial
Position Competencies (include behavioral characteristics and leadership capabilities)
- Ensure regular and timely update of new opportunities in the CRM system
- Timely submission on orders and revenue forecast and business highlights
- Monitor Medical OEM demand forecast within assigned territory, supporting the SIOP process and ensure on-time product delivery to customers by working closely with local supply chain.
- Working together with OEM regional marketing for marketing and customer technical support, and continuously update on market and competitive information.
- Ensure a healthy DSO performance for all direct sales and distributors.
- Initiate new/renewal of supply agreements and quality agreements.
- Handle customer's quality, supply issues, product recalls and claims due to quality issues.
- Work together with customer service and handle all new part number extension, new customer creation, and credit application.
- Identify new potential customer via market news updates, visiting medical/healthcare shows, exhibiting at medical manufacturing shows.
- Document and report on sales activities as required through providing call reports and territory plans and summaries as requested.
