Position - Manager Sales- (PAN INDIA)
Location - Mumbai
1) This position would be based in Mumbai & would be responsible for PAN India Sales.
2) This position would have a global reporting.
3) Candidate having strong sales background ranging from 3-7 years into Hospital IT sales.
4) Candidate should preferably handling PAN India role currently.

- Here you will be part of the Commercial Operations Organization who has the responsibility of supporting the Sales Companies and Distributors in the specific countries within the APAC region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You will be responsible for the geographical area APAC as a part of the APAC Business Support team, as well as the role also will include close coordination with the Global Director.
- The focus countries in APAC include Australia, Japan, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, and Southeast Asia. But you will share these countries with a Business Development Manager who is situated in Germany.
- The specific countries you will be managing are Korea, Thailand, Singapore, India and distributors around Southeast Asia.
- Additional countries within your area may be added on later. You are responsible for managing the Sales Companies and Distributor accounts within these countries, but you are not responsible for direct end customers.
SPECIFIC WORK TASKS :
The specific job tasks in this position include :
- Key Account Management, key accounts being the sales companies and distributors in selected countries around APAC.
- Support the implementation and follow-up on developed Sales and Marketing strategies together with sales companies and distributors in the selected markets around APAC.
- Support sales companies in selecting potential end customers in their respective area.
- Support sales companies and distributors through local end customer visits. This include products and sales presentations to end customers
- Support sales companies and distributors at exhibitions, seminars, fairs etc. by presence and presentation as well as end customer meetings.
- Support sales companies in preparing system specifications, preparing system offers, and preparing Visio drawings.
- Support sales companies in analyzing tenders and preparing quotations.
- Develop, manage, and update market plans and market status for each responsible country/area.
- Participate in coordination meetings at APAC Regions Singapore office.
- Assist in relevant roles within marketing and training activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing relevant internal project/strategies.
