Our Client :

A global Australian Medical device MNC with over 40 years in the business. Have been in the India market for over 8 years now and are rapidly growing company. Looking for dynamic and driven sales professionals to be a part of their team.

Detailed Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets and forecasts :

- Ensure bilateral, upgrades, accessories and service plan targets are achieved

- Implement business and marketing plans

- Conduct activities to meet sales targets

- In collaboration with PSs, ensure clinic relationships are reinforced and strengthened

- Prepare and submit sales reports and sales forecasts

Drive technical training to ensure clinicians can provide top-grade services to patients :

- Identify training needs of clinicians and design/ customize training programs to fulfill these needs

- Focus training on troubleshooting techniques, care & maintenance, upgrade counseling, bilateral counseling, service plans, CREM updation

- Plan and ensure successful execution of annual training calendars for clinic staff and clinic recipients

- Conduct regular training workshops for single-clinic and multiple-clinic staff

Facilitating the clinic's experience by providing timely and reliable Customer Service :

- Manage loaner process

- Manage service & repair process effectively

- Implement monthly ordering of accessories by clinics through effective inventory management

- Coordinate warranty replacement reverse logistics process to head office

- Investigate and diagnose product returned for repair, prior to returning to Indian Service & Repair center. Ensure all documentation is complete

- Run analytics on repairs, warranty replacement, monthly trend, failure modes

Building Advocacy :

- Ensure CREM is always up-to-date with all relevant information

- Help customers to have a positive experience through their lifetime

- Maintain knowledge of and relationships with all key customers

- Ensure satisfaction of customers leads to active advocacy for Cochlear

Maintain service tools, equipment, and documentation :

- Ensure testing systems are maintained and calibrated as required

- Record service analysis data onto service request and service database

- Assist in reviewing and composing product service documentation

Adhere to quality and regulatory requirements :

- Ensure that quality standards and GMP requirements are maintained

- Follow work instructions, working procedures, and all relevant requirements

- Investigate and reply to customer complaints regarding service repair as needed

- Perform all work duties in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all employees

- Immediately report all incidents, accidents, hazards or unsafe work conditions to management
