Role Purpose:
The core responsibility is to drive profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction across the West region. The successful candidate will be a pivotal part of a dynamic sales team, with key responsibilities of promoting Yahoo's position in the digital ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities:
- Delivery of quarterly revenue goals.
- Generate revenues from the assigned Agency Holding Companies and Advertiser customers.
- Meet and engage Media Planners, Programmatic Traders, Agency Client Leads, and Advertiser Marketing teams.
- Identify revenue opportunities to increase the active advertiser count.
- Develop custom solutions and media plans utilizing Yahoo's suite of products which includes Display, Mobile, Video, Native, CTV, Audio and DOOH.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign performance and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives/ KPIs and timely deliveries.
- This role also requires making vertical/client-specific presentations, conducting roadshows at agencies, and tripartite quarterly business reviews
Required Qualification :
- Bachelor's/ Post-Graduation Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising sales with a fair understanding Programmatic ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of digital media planning/buying process and media agency business model.
- Proven track record of successfully impacting revenue growth by developing long-term strategic relationships.
- Is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, continuously evolving organization.
- Strong work ethic/core values (honesty, integrity, creativity)
- Show a strong appetite for continued learning and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively, effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet assigned revenue goals.
- Good in Sales Forecasting and Pipeline management.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office suite, ComScore and Salesforce.
- Prior experience in reseller management, programmatic sales and open exchange will be an added advantage
