A very reputed client of ours is looking for a Manager - Sales at Siliguri.
The role requires the person to:
- Manage, extend, penetrate & strengthen the agency network keeping in mind the location prioritization in the allocated area.
- Ensure financial discipline (Collection of Advance, Payments etc) along with the centralized sales accounts department for all the agents.
- Reduce unsold/wastages without sacrificing sales objectives
- Conceptualize and implement unconventional sales techniques
- Tracking of competition to suggest appropriate strategy
- Conceptualize & drive Sales Promotion activities along with Brand
Candidate Should be :

- Should have high level of integrity
- Very strong in communication
- Should have managed a team of reportees
- Should have degree/ diploma in Management from a reputed Institute
- Should have minimum 9 years experience in Sales/ Marketing for FMCG/ White Good products in North Bengal/ South Bengal (as per he allocated area) and a total of around 10 years experience.
- Should have sound knowledge about the demography of the said territory
- Should be open to travel at least 15 days a month
- Should have experience of institutional sales/ channel sales
- Should be intellectually sound with a keen analytical and logical mind, communication & interpersonal skills & possess the ability to deal with various issues simultaneously
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to provide both the team with inspiration and direction
