Key Responsibilities / JD:
- Experience in UPVC Windows & Doors, Aluminium & Glass Industry
- Industry Knowledge of UPVC & Aluminum profile sections
- Good Communication skills with GCC Customers.
- Work efficiently on Sales & Production Targets advised by the management.
- Prepare Technical & Commercial proposals based on tender drawings & documents.
- Good Hands-on Experience with Windows software, (Klaes, Orgdata & Windowmaker)
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics & provide solutions for types of windows.
- Negotiate and finalize the sales contracts after approval of price from management.
- To Submit Invoice & collect payments on time.
- Preparation of shop drawing & to receive approval from consultants.
- To Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets & expand customer base.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to improve team performance.
- Conduct social media campaigns regularly & update regular posts on platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing & product development teams to improve brand recognition.
- Plan & coordinate with the Production team for ample stockage of raw materials.
- Negotiate with Vendors & approve for purchase order of raw materials.
- Schedule projects on a weekly & monthly basis coordinating with the production team.
- Team meeting with sales & production personnel to complete the project on time.
- Submit MIS reports on a weekly/monthly basis to the senior management.
Essential:
- Graduate/PG with 10+ years of experience (Min. 5 years in Sales & Marketing) in UPVC/Aluminium/Glass industry in GCC.
- Age: 33 to 42 years
- Leadership capability and people management skills
- Team Player
- High in Energy and passionate about the job
- Technical and Product knowledge
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Good Customer Management Skills
- Problem-solving ability, crisis, and conflict management skills.
- P/L Management
- With values - Passion, Excellence, Ownership, and Integrity
- A GCC Driving license is Mandatory.
Desirable - MBA and Arabic speaking.
