Job Title - Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location - Kuwait
Reporting to - AVP – Telecom Sales
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work to achieving a sales target for both Telecom & Infrastructure products/solutions in the territory of Kuwait covering different market segments extensively
- Ensure market penetration and sales growth for Telecom business from telecom service providers, ISP, telecom contractors, Oil & Gas and infrastructure segment
- Ensure product approval, sales growth & introducing differentiating products/solutions for Telecom & Pressure pipe business at end users, consultants and contractors
- Implement Dura-line’s strategic plan for growth and development of product and solution offerings.
- Submitting Sales forecast, billing projections and weekly activity report on business development/sales discussions
- Create and implement sales plans and revenue collection plans
- Penetrate all major provinces in Kuwait to position Dura-line strongly with end users in Telcos, Oil & Gas, MEW, MPW and their Contractors and consultants etc.
- Key Account Management; Develop & manage large accounts like MOC, KOC, KNPC etc.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical / Telecom / Electronics and MBA having 8-12 years of hardcore Sales & Marketing experience in Telecom & Infrastructure industry
- Candidate must have strong understanding of the geography with a fair knowledge of business opportunities in the Country
Occupational & Physical Requirements
- Good at MS Office having excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
- Analytical bent of mind and with good Negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, result oriented, hands-on individual
- Should be a team player with commitment to stretch & passion to perform in a rewarding environment
Salary & Benefits
- AED 12000 – 15000 per month
- 20% Performance linked Bonus as per company policy
