- Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
- To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
- Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Technical Interface Office, etc.
- Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs.
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
Help to Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Procure and manage external sales & marketing agencies as required.
- Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame
- Be present to meet and greet customers as appropriate
- Entertain prospective clients where appropriate.
- Establish new business over and above the base business through direct corporate and agency business.
- To host any promotion events or external site as required
- Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
- Have extensive knowledge of competitors and what business is booking into the area
- Organize corporate sales promotional initiatives
- Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales
- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
- To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients
- Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads
- Follow the corporate strategies set by the Revenue Manager
- Be aware of company policies, which affect the sales department
- Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing if required
- Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered
- Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the departments targets
- Ensure that statistical data is produced and analysed
- To provide support and coaching to new team members within Sales Team
- Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job
- Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
