- Need people only from Cleaning Chemicals/Food chemicals/Hygiene Chemicals only

- Managing the entire operations of department aimed at attaining profitability, achieve sales targets and create strong brand equity for the company.

- Steering initiatives towards achievement of organizational goals. Chief responsibilities pertain to Business Development, Sales to Cleaning Chemicals to Industrial Units & Plants, Manufacturing Units, Factories, F&B sector, Hospitality etc through product Demonstration,

- Systemizing process / activity to ensure accountability at various levels.

- Conducting recruitment, training, development, KRA, appraisals and retention of team members in co-ordination with HR team.

- Monitoring month-wise realization based on format-wise sales.

- Getting Product Standardized

- Achieving Individual and team Sales Target by implying sales promotion strategies,

- Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information

- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

- Develop pricing strategy

- Define and develop training plans & Implementation

- Participate in seminars & deliver
