Experience :- 5 - 7 yrs

Our client is a Leading Italian Furniture, Tiles, Ceramics, Porcelain & Kitchen Manufacturing company with an excellent reputation. The company is known for their innovative designs and strong results across this industry.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales & Marketing manager will develop and implement the company's Sales and Business Development programs, policies and procedures for the purpose of assuring that the sales objectives and targets are being accomplished in accordance with annual projections. This position is considered as one of the key positions in the Company and the principal contributor to the company accomplishing its revenue and profit objectives in accordance with the Annual Budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will actively promote company's products in the Real estate industry, Corporate, Architects, and other private market segments.

- Direct and Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and target achievement objectives for each of the territories/ market segments

- Evaluate and appoint distributors for company's products

- Continually analyse sales statistics from the market place

- Create/ modify appropriate marketing and sales strategies

- Oversee and direct company's advertising and sales promotion programs

- Evaluate the impact of the programs on sales

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- 5-7 yrs in a similar role. Background in Furniture Manufacturing is preferable.

- Open to British or European candidates

- A business degree with Marketing/ Business Development specialization.

- Fluency in English Languages - both written and spoken is essential.

- Strong, proven success results.
