Objective:

Responsible for planning and executing the sale and marketing of commercial products and services for the local market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Originate and customise selected strategies and writes the plans to achieve pre-planned targets for the sale of products and services in local market.

- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedule, discount rate and activities of competitors.

- Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by the most effective methods. This may be by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

- Advise dealers, distributors and third-party outlets concerning sales, pricing and advertising techniques.

- Assign sales territory to sales representatives.

- Deliver sales presentation to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

- Meet with key client's nationwide, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing sales.

- Coordinate information flow between sales department and other relevant divisions of the business such as, production and accounts.

- Analyse and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.

- Research, analyses, monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors and market trends to capitalise on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.

- Research on the advertising opportunities and referrals. Originates and monitors the marketing budget.

- Originates direct marketing plans that includes intuitional advertising and promotion campaigns including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.

- Plans and oversees fulfilment and distribution of orders.

- Consult with graphic artists and text originators to ensure maximum response to campaigns. - Do research best product positioning and price to generate maximum inquiries.

- Manage the mailing lists, customer's lists and other data used in direct marketing.

- Hold regular meetings with sales force and organising the annual sales conference if applicable. - Make recommendation of addition and deletion to the products range.

. Qualification Industry / Experience Graduate & MBA with minimum 5 -7 Years of Experience in FMCG industry FMCG

- Ability to travel. - Attention to detail - Ability to work with the distributors, customers, management team and contribute to its success. Agility Ability to supervise and control the sales & marketing teams.
