Fiber - Manager (Sales & Marketing)

My client is a part of a large Indian group with interests across pharma, textiles, trading, minerals & mining with operations across Asia & Africa. They are setting up a state-of-the-art, plant-based, sustainable manufacturing company with the largest production capacity in its category in the world. For the same, they are looking for a Manager - Sales & Marketing for Fiber Division. The role will report to the CEO and will be based at the corporate office in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Developing new customers and markets for Bio Fiber

- Undertaking trials are converting into commercial biz

- Maintaining customer communication, sales & service records

- Maintaining customer / market-wise data and undertaking periodic performance reviews.

- Developing channel partners and agents and monitoring their performance & taking customer feedback

- Coordinate with the R&D team for product quality optimization and new developments

- Monitoring and keeping a healthy Order book status.

- Monitoring Quality and Dispatch planning

- Customer grievances Redressal & follow-up

- Sales MIS & managing Sales team Back office with Sales assistant.

- Creating Brand awareness & by working on various communications with marketing team

- Identify and participate in relevant events to increase awareness

Job Specification:

- Preferably a Textile Graduate with 5 to 10 years of Sale and marketing or CTS experience with Fiber, Filament or yarn manufacturing having good Textile industry product and market exposure to knits and wovens
