Key Responsibilities / JD:
- Formulate Annual Business Plans.
- Set targets for team members to prepare to achieve business objectives.
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Reviews on the achievement of business goals (revenues, timely execution, customer support, etc.,).
- Complete Knowledge of all types of Elevators, Escalators & Moving Walks.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to target key markets and attain new business opportunities in Muscat, Oman.
- Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities in the elevator industry.
- Good connections with Consultants, Contractors & Realtors in the GCC Market (Preferably in Oman).
- Visit Consultants/Developers/Governments regularly across Oman.
- Work efficiently on Sales & Organizational objectives defined by the management.
- Prepare Technical & Commercial proposal based on architectural drawings & documents.
- Interpret technical drawings & tender and submit a commercial offer to the client.
- Negotiate and finalize the sales contracts after approval of price from management.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- To Submit Invoice & collect payments on time.
- Preparation of shop drawing & to receive approval from consultants.
- To Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets & expand customer base.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing & product development teams to improve brand recognition.
- Plan & coordinate with the Installation team for the execution of projects on time
- Negotiate with principals and attain the best prices to achieve orders.
- Schedule projects on a monthly & quarterly basis for planning of Manpower.
- Weekly team meeting with the Sales, Installation & Maintenance team on the performance.
- Collaborate with marketing & product development teams to improve brand recognition.
- Purchase and maintain spare parts by coordinating with the maintenance team.
- Increase maintenance sales of other brand elevators.
- Collection of payments of projects & payments on time.
- Submit MIS reports on a weekly/monthly basis to the senior management.
- Responsible for P/L of the organization.
- Make a healthy work environment among sales, projects & maintenance teams.
Essential:
- Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical with 10+ years of experience (Min. 5 years in Sales & Marketing) in Elevators Industry
- Age: 33 to 42 years
- Leadership capability and people management skills
- Team Player
- High in Energy and passionate about the job
- Technical and Product knowledge
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Good Customer Management Skills
- Problem-solving ability, crisis, and conflict management skills.
- P/L Management
- With values - Passion, Excellence, Ownership, and Integrity
- A GCC Driving license is Mandatory.
Desirable:
Spoken Arabic preferable but not mandatory.
