Job Description:
Sales Turnover :
- Aggressively grow XSEED Solution footprint within a territory, Provide regular reports, Analyze reports to identify opportunities, Negotiate and close deals
Territory Market Mapping :
- Develop understanding of customer needs, Identify opportunities, develop an effective and efficient territory travel plan.
Key Account Management :
- Identify and document key customers and decision makers in the schools space, build relationships with all stakeholders
Product & Market Knowledge :
- Develop understanding of product features and benefits, demonstrate the product features and differentiate it from competitors
Expense, Equipment and Samples :
- Judiciously manage operating expenses, Samples, Expense budgets and control on account receivables.
Corporate Ethics and Governance :
- Maintaining a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business with the company guidance on service and pricing
