Manager - Sales & Marketing - Dental/Ortho Implant

Urgent Requirement for Sales & Marketing Manager (Pan India) either from the Dental Implant or from Ortho Implant only

Location : Gurgaon (North India)

Experience : 12-17 years

Organization : one of the leading MNC

Currently handling team and doing business of 15-20 crores in a year

- Deliver sales & profitability objectives in alignment with the business strategy

- People Management & development responsibility for a team

- Understand customer needs and realize market potential. Set direction, strategies and plans to expand market, market share into Dental/Ortho Implant

- Direct control over Sales and Distribution network across pan India for Dental/Ortho Implant

- Identifying & building a talent pipeline of high potential individuals

- Work closely with other Functional Experts to improve functional efficiency.

- High drive for results and an established track record of consistently over delivering on sales performance, both Topline and Bottomline with focus on innovative solutions.

- Proven competence in Sales Strategy, identifying New Business Avenues, Multi Stakeholder Management & People Development. Ability to adapt quickly, develop focus, provide strategic & tactical business solutions in complex business environment.

- Gathering market intelligence, tracking competitors- activities & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

- Maintaining portfolio of client accounts and presenting product & service offerings that best meet the client's strategic business needs
