Sales & Marketing Manager (Pan India) - Bar Code & Printing Label

- Responsible for overall Business, Sales and Marketing of Barcode & Label

- Responsible for Managing the PAN India Business

- Responsible for Business Expansion as per company's objective.

- Regular Interaction with channel partners for sales generation.

- Sales forecasting for ordering purposes.


- Partners programs, Achievement disbursement, Product Price list preparation

- Setting Targets for Distributors / Channel Partners / Manufacturing Partners

- Forecast, maintain and provide reports and opportunity status to build a solid, predictable and recurring revenue

- Develop new opportunities and customer relationships in different market verticals.

- Build and close a pipeline of significant Annual Revenue

- Conduct timely Business Reviews with your customers, share product roadmaps, identify areas of improvement, and assist the training of our products.

- Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations.

- Work closely with Sr. Management to generate funnel and prospect at accounts.

- Building relationship within your accounts is a priority to you and you will have built solid relationships with mid and senior level executives across business, marketing and technology teams.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and enterprise customer needs

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Requirements

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE or technical discipline with MBA & Having Experience of 10+ Years in Printing Label or Paper or Bar Code Industry

2. Ability to influence customers decisions, while maintaining healthy relationships

3. Organized and self-starter attitude

4. Proven record of accomplishment of consistence achievements and exceeding sales target approach.

5. Willing & Ability to travel as per demand all across the zone.

6. Tech savvy mind with ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.

7. Impressive personality with good communication skills

8. Create an area of new business and nurture the existing clients.
