Job Description:
Function: Marketing - Brand Management, Online Marketing.
Marketing , Brand Management, Market Research, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
- Drive brand consistency and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize results.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Campaign management:
- Implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g, social media, search engines) and crypto-specific platforms to achieve user acquisition and engagement goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
Market research:
- Perform market research to understand trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights from analytics to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Media partnerships:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and vendors.
Social media management:
- Oversee social media accounts, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram, to enhance community engagement and brand visibility along with crypto-specific social media platforms such as Farcaster and Debank.
- Closely work with the Community team to identify key concerns, capture insights, and foster a positive online presence.
- Assist in managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to boost brand awareness and credibility.
Event and partnership support:
- Assist in organizing and promoting community events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Contribute to co-marketing efforts and collaborations with integrated DeFi partners, L2s, and broader industry partners.
Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on marketing activities and results.
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with brand and content marketing.
