- Experience in strategy, field sales and operations.
- Excellent comm skills.
- Comfortable with 6 days working.
Role :
- Strategy: Identify critical business areas and building the company's capacity to achieve expansion targets.
- Process excellence: Be responsible for managing and improving business development and operational processes.
- Innovative Consulting: End to end ownerships of new initiatives for growth, sales,revenue and strategy concepts and their action plans for field operations.
- Set up business processes spending time on the ground to gather insights and buildfoolproof processes/SOPs to enable a seamless scale-up.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset to scout, create opportunities and build solutions, get things done
Requirement:
- Graduated/about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering,Marketing or a similar field, with outstanding academic records.
- A passion for start-ups and want to prepare for your own adventure down the road.
- Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many different domains.
