Experience: 5 to 8 years

Responsibility:

1. Prepare and implement the marketing, sales, and advertising strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

2. Recruit, test, and hire sales staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

3. Oversee the performance and development of Sales Executives, ensuring all meet or exceed standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.

4. Engage with Channel Partners and Broker networks to drive sales.

5. Deliver presentations to corporate clients, channel partners, and high-end clients.

6. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

7. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.

8. Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

9. Plan events on and off-site.

10. Oversee customer payment recovery.

11. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

12. Maintain relationships with Housing Finance Companies and coordinate home loan approvals.

13. Stay updated with the latest market trends. Conduct periodic marketing surveys and competition analysis, providing feedback on changing market scenarios to management.

14. Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Sales Executives, providing feedback and helping to improve their performance. Offer timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team.

16. Set examples for Sales Executives in personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

Skills:

1. Experience in selling luxury residential units.

2. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

3. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

4. Friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily.

5. Good attention to detail.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and other relevant software.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing, outgoing personality.
