We are looking candidates for the role of Sales Manager for a Luxury Decor brand based out in Delhi.

Overview:

As a Sales Manager for our luxury decor brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with high-end clientele. This individual role requires a keen understanding of luxury products, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar industry. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer service to uphold the brand's reputation for quality and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target market.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders in the luxury decor industry.

- Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and take proactive measures to meet or exceed them consistently.

- Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of the luxury decor products offered by the brand, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to effectively communicate their value to customers.

- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

- Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of products.

- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales management within the luxury decor industry or a closely related field.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-end clientele.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.
