- The Sales & Business Development Managers main task is to facilitate the growth of the business by acquiring customers with a view to drive the revenue and profits of the company

- Responsible to recruit, train and manage a small but high productivity oriented team of Business Development Manager spread across India
- Responsible for market mapping and identifying the different business. Segments, develop new distribution positioning for customers
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and engage with them on continuous basis to capture a fair share in their business
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions for the company with different type of customers and industry
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional conferences and general reading
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Display total honesty and highest level of integrity in dealing with customers in terms of commitment and financial transactions
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
