- Coordinate efforts to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Client Engagement: Introduce and implement booster plans for potential clients to enhance engagement and retention.
- Strategic Planning: Create, develop, and execute innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Business Streamlining: Streamline business processes from various channels while establishing healthy business relations with clients and external associates to secure repeat business.
- Drive the team to achieve the company's objectives and goals.
- Exhibit strong leadership, people management, training, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, weekly progress reports, weekly target plans, and weekly activity plans to track and monitor progress
