Job Description:

To develop SME LAP business in assigned geography, and also monitoring of entire portfolio assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job):

- Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels

- Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches

- Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.

- Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.

- Focus on increased Productivity

- Marketing and encashing catchment areas

- Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property

- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross - sell & Multi selling of Insurance

- Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations

- Understand credit analysis, Personal discussion with client for business understanding.

- Co-ordinate for credit risk assessment.

- Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.

- Post-disbursement monitoring, ensure performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality

- Relationship management with the client / dealers.

- Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company

- Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers
